Who we are
EchoStack (getechostack.com) provides an Evaluation API and related dashboard services. Contact: hello@getechostack.com.
What we collect
Account data (email, organization name), deployment configuration, API usage metadata, and evaluation logs you generate in the dashboard. When you call POST /v1/evaluate, you send business text (forms, transcripts, tickets) that we process to return structured JSON.
How we use data
To operate the service, enforce quotas, improve reliability, and support you. We do not sell personal data. LLM subprocessors process evaluation payloads only to produce your requested result.
Retention
Evaluation logs and deployment metadata are retained for operational and billing purposes. You may request deletion of organization data by emailing hello@getechostack.com.
Your rights (EEA/UK)
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing where GDPR applies. We respond within 30 days unless law requires otherwise.
Cookies
The dashboard uses session cookies for authentication. The marketing site does not use advertising trackers.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change. Material changes will be noted on getechostack.com.
